S2AI Business Studies Class Trip 14'

Today we had our business studies class trip at Cap Kuda Coffee Factory. We had a few minutes briefing about coffee and how it was made, when it was created, what kind of ingredients are used and so on. It was very interesting despite the fact that I don't drink coffee at all. I mean I've tasted them before but i don't fancy them. Actually, I was quite amused at how it was made. So i took a bunch of photos during the trip.

Teacher hired 2 buses to drive us to the factory. I was in BUS 1. As you can see everyone in Bus 1 seems "pretty excited". I personally think they were just happy to skip class. hahaha

This is the room that the "briefing" or rather teaching took place. It was quite small but thankfully the whole class were able to fit inside.

Now here is the roasting area. It is really dangerous here because of all the machinery inside that is really hot. It was also very crowded. I had to squeeze my way through just to get a perfect shot.

*After roasting, the next step should be the "Cooking" unfortunately the cooking area was not shown because it is located in another place*

So next, we're at the packing area. Th coffee powder is packed using a machine to avoid the coffee being too much or too little and also due to cleanliness. After packing the coffee powder using the machine, workers will pack them again in a bigger plastic and then are kept in a box.
